I am so happy! I was pregnant the third month trying. I followed every step of the course, supplements, and mostly free gluten diet, vegetables, fruit and fish protein. I’m started using Gyna, more than an app it feels like a companion. The information is worded very simply, and in a user-friendly way that anyone can understand. I constantly do a lot of research on this manages to break down information in a way that is easy to digest. Without getting that, it would be so difficult even doing personal research to find out the type of information and give so simply I am loving this app, and I think it is a holistic approach touching on every important subject that one needs to be aware off to make the necessary changes for success

It’s wonderful! Learning so much I didn’t know. Was verrrryyy sceptical as it’s usually just telling you what you know and just haven’t been motivated to do, but this is tailored to women trying for a baby and speaks exactly to this across a broad range of things including what to eat, what to avoid and the whys which is brilliant! Makes the experience memorable for a long term adoption. Thank you! Only negative is the price, but let’s see how that goes. Plus it’s a 7 month lump upfront payment which is tough.

Gyna is the most thoughtfully, graciously, solutions-oriented, lovingly developed, ultra-niche (i.e. uber specific) digital course-based fertility app I have ever come across. Period. Pun intended. And that's no small accomplishment, what with some pretty empowering digital fertility assistants out there. Easy to read and digest (and retain. And maintain), so very well researched and designed, guilt-free and self-love forward; I found myself itching to power through and complete every module even when prompted to slow down for burn out's sake. As a woman in my early 40s, and with a history of epic disappointment and trauma in the TTC department, I found myself upbeat, motivated and even proud of myself the further I went. I was skeptical at first, but so far my experience with Gyna has been great! My favorite is the meal plan with recipes. Everything is laid out for you and you get different recipes each week. I have not had a bad meal yet, even my husband is enjoying the meals and he's as picky as a 5yr old. I also love the information and becoming more educated on different functions different foods play in both our fertility.

I was skeptical when I started this, however, Gyna is very informative and helpful. This app is so easy to navigate and the lessons are so well put together. I was hesitant to buy a book on fertility because of information overload and fatigue. I like how the app gives lessons in short, well-written segments and actually cuts you off after hitting a certain amount of information. It helps me to digest what I just read as well as avoid being overwhelmed with a lot of information.

Super informative, everything I learned was easily digestible and applicable. I started in June with a pregnant by October guarantee from Gyna. My husband annd I did everything we could to follow what Gyna recommended and we were pregnant by September! I would recommend Gyna to anyone and everyone who wants to get pregnant regardless of fertility issues. All of the information they share is important for overall health as well!
The only thing is I didn’t realize it was an ongoing subscription and was charged again about 6 months later. I was refunded and all is good, but would have been helpful to know that I was going to be charged again or that it was a subscription and not a one-time fee so that I could have canceled before being charged.

I've had to give Gyna 5 stars because...I'm pregnant! We have been struggling with secondary infertility since I had a missed miscarriage 7 years ago. Since then, NOTHING has happened each and every month, no sign of pregnancy and I had an unsuccessful IVF. I started Gyna around May 2022, initially I didn't want to subscribe as I thought I knew everything about fertility. I'm pretty healthy, I have normal BMI, I avoid processed food, refined sugars and avoid as many toxins as I can. BUT I reluctantly did the course because they gave me a free trial and was really surprised and very encouraged to learn quite a lot. I tried a couple of recipes and found them easy, tasty and nutritious - not the usual fertility recipes which have you taking out another mortgage to buy ingredients you've never heard of from the health food store. Just normal food made extremely tasty and healthy. So I signed up for a subscription. I've stuck to using Gyna recipes at least 80% of the time and have loved them all. I feel better, my energy improved (I have adrenal fatigue) and I was really enjoying my new diet. The main changes I made were cutting out red meat (mostly) and eating more fish, beans, veggie recipes and stopping using coconut oil and other saturated fats all the time. I got a positive pregnancy test in July 2022 but had a very early miscarriage. However, I was ecstatic to even get a positive as the previous 7 years had been negative every month. I then felt like I may have conceived other months but it didn't implant. This month I have positive tests and although it's very early still (4 weeks) the line is getting darker (unlike last time) and I am hopeful that whatever the outcome this month Gyna has changed my fertility for the better. THANK YOU.
I must also point out that I also did other things: fertility yoga, took Maca and Chlorella, did reflexology and hypnotherapy to help me come to terms with whatever outcome I have, in addition to my fertility multi and omega. I also stopped working for a few months to reduce my stress, which I know is not possible for everyone but I was losing my mind so I'm just being honest about my journey.
Negative points: PLEASE make a better search function, there's only a few ingredients to filter with, and sometimes I know there's a recipe in there I want but I have to scroll through every single one to find it. A minor point, please can you add measurements in grams, ml etc too for us in the UK? Thank you.
